Identify
We start by listening. Through community assessments, stakeholder mapping, and policy scans, we identify the binding constraints holding back progress in each thematic area.
Step 2
Co-Design
Solutions are never imposed. We partner with local institutions, government, civil society, and the private sector to co-design interventions that fit Somalia's unique context.
Step 3
Deliver
From boot camps and capacity-building workshops to applied research and policy advocacy, we deliver programs that are practical, locally rooted, and immediately actionable.
Step 4
Measure
Rigorous monitoring and adaptive management ensure our programs stay on course. We track outcomes, learn fast, and iterate continuously for maximum impact.
Step 5
Sustain
Our endgame is institutional ownership. We build local capacity, forge durable partnerships, and design exit strategies so progress outlasts our direct involvement.
